If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return tracking number (RMA) to us in their original condition*within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different model / size / colour if preferred. Lingerie and Swim Wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Complete the online returns form. You will then recieve further return information, return addresses and your return tracking number (RMA).
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact our Customer Service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
You have the possibility to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Lingerie and Swim-Wear), and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made through our online return system, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). Once you have completed the online RMA returns form you will automatically get the RMA number and correct return address for the item(s). The item(s) should be sent to the given address within 14 days in their original condition.
Product(s) returned without following the returns procedure and without a RMA number is subject to a 40% penalty fee.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
All returns are subject to review by our returns department and pending their approval of the return according to the return policy the refunded amount is set.
For a standard return the refund is for the returned item only.
Free shipping orders
For orders with free shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded for returned items.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Where packages are returned to us marked "Return to Sender", unclaimed, refused or returned without sufficient postage, any extra charges occurring because of this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We do not accept return packages sent by C.O.D (cash on delivery/collect on delivery). Also make sure that the return package is sent in such a way that no extra fees and/or costs are added to the return package upon delivery back to us. Any extra charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewelery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewelery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
