All shipments are sent by registered mail and and can be tracked online.

When they will show in your countries local postal service online tracking is being determined by several factors including if you have chosen express or standard mail, when they have entered inside your countries borders and have been registered and processed by the local in-country post service.

NOTE: For some countries packages sent with standard shipping does not show in the online tracking until they have been delivered or attempted delivered.

Registered packages require signature upon delivery, and if you are not at home at the time of the attempted delivery the postman will leave a note requesting that you pick up the package at your nearest post office.

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Lingerie and Swim-Wear), and have been unsealed.

Order cancellations must be made through our online return system, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s).

Once you have canceled your order and gotten your return information and tracking number (RMA) in the online return system, the goods should be returned to the address as stated there, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

So how do i start my wish list?

Go into a product and click the button that says "Add to wish list", its really as simple as that! Your wish list has now been started.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return tracking number (RMA) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.
